EAH Mobile Maintenance - YardiOne Transition

As of April 2023, Yardi has transitioned to single sign-on using YardiOne. Mobile devices and iPads utilizing the Yardi Mobile Maintenance App will need to be updated. Please follow the directions below to update your devices. If you have questions or are experiencing issues, please submit a ticket to bizsystemssupport@eahhousing.org


Step 1) Open the mobile maintenance app. You will be prompted with two buttons. Click on the YardiOne button.

 

Step 2) You will be taken to the following screen. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the screen.

Step 3) You will be taken to the Configuration screen. Click on the three dots on the top right à Scan QR Code.

Scan the following QR code:

Step 4) The configuration page should update and now show:

 

Web Addresses: 

            Default Web Address: Server0
Databases:
           Default Database: 1 Portfolio

Step 5) Under YardiOne, Subdomains, click on the blue arrow.

Step 6) Click the + button on the top right.

Step 7) Type in 15029eah in the box à Save. It should now look like the below.

Step 8) Navigating back to the main page. Subdomain should show 15029eah and Database 1 Portfolio. Click Login.

 

Step 9) Click on ONELOGIN

Step 10) You will be prompted to enter your OneLogin credentials. After that, you will be able to see all of your work orders for your properties!
